Turn off the machine, gently remove the fan cover of the print head, loosen the extruder clamp, observe the state of the extruder gear, lock the small top screw on the gear inside the extruder, and if the gear shaft on the extruder wrench moves forward, please push the metal shaft back to the original position and fix it. If there are residual consumables on the gear, please use tweezers and a brush to clean it;

4. If the filament you are printing is silk filament, please reduce the printing speed by 30%. Generally, a printing speed of 120mm/s (0.2mm layer height) is recommended. Silk filament has low wear resistance and is not suitable for high-speed printing. Slightly reducing the speed can also improve the printing effect;
5. Please check the extrusion spring on the extruder mechanism, adjust the hand nut and make sure the spring is not too loose;
6. If a closed kit is installed, please note that during the printing of PLA/PETG, the door needs to be opened and the top pad kit needs to be added to ensure that the internal ambient temperature of the printer does not exceed 35℃
