The hotbed is not level or the heightmap values vary greatly
1. Confirm that the PEI build plate is placed correctly. If the build plate is placed on the positioning block, it will affect the leveling data.
2. Please provide the effect diagram of the hot bed mesh in the Mainsail interface. If the range deviation is within 0.6mm, it will not have any impact on the printing. SV08 will automatically compensate according to the bed mesh data when printing. The latest version of the firmware has the Adaptive mesh function, which makes the first layer of the model better attached to the hot bed. If you print a large-area model, please refer to the first layer printing optimization solution: http://wiki.sovol3d.com/en/How-to-Enhance-SV08-First-Layer-Printing
3.
(1) If the height difference of the hot bed in the mainsail interface is uneven left and right or front and back, please use the QGL function to calibrate the height of the rack.
(2) Check your gantry and confirm that the gantry is parallel. If the gantry is deformed, it will cause the hot bed map to be high on one side and low on the other.
(3) If there is still no improvement, you can use a hex wrench to adjust the fixing screws of the hot bed plate. If the hot bed height is red, please adjust the screw half a turn clockwise. If it is blue, please adjust it half a turn counterclockwise and re-check to see if the hot bed height map changes.
(4) Contact SOVOL support and attach your bed mesh map
4. If the deviation of your heated bed grid data range is greater than 0.6mm and less than 1.2mm, please use a ruler to measure the heated bed bending. For the measurement steps, please refer to the heated bed bending ruler measurement tutorial.
