Z1/Z2/Z3/Z4 makes abnormal sound
1.Click the knob screen to move the Z-axis, pay attention to observe and determine which Z-axis the machine appears abnormal sound
- (1)Please check the 80-tooth synchronous wheel and 20-tooth synchronous wheel on the Z-axis motor module, as well as the Z-axis motor ring belt. If there is spilt screw glue, please spray a small amount of isopropyl alcohol on the dust-free cloth to clean the spilt screw glue on the gear;
- (2)If there are any residual debris, clean it with a dust-free cloth. Please clean the Z-axis with abnormal noise by referring to the SV08 Z-axis Foreign Matter Cleaning tutorial video (please get the video from Sovol team).
- (3)After the cleaning is complete, move the slider and observe the abnormal noise
3.Operate the knob screen, select “Auto home”, Move the Z-axis in the select ”MOVE”, check and confirm that the Z-axis runs smoothly, no stuttering, no noise, Z-axis belt smooth, no deformation and friction.
4.If the problem cannot be resolved using the above methods, please report your results to the Sovol team.
